  • Drove a major corporate rebrand post-$50M acquisition, producing a unifying 170-page brand bible and a complete website overhaul in Adobe XD (30% increase in organic traffic).

  • Led cross-functional teams (copywriter, designer, video editor) to create high-impact sales enablement tools, videos, and marketing assets.

  • Championed customer advocacy efforts on G2, bolstering brand credibility and renewing sentiment around the new CloudCall platform.

  • Created the youHQ name, brand identity, and website, guiding the UI design of the app and event collateral.
